#Lesson 31 :Being yourself is not that difficult

”I do not know how to be myself.”

‘It is very easy”

”Everything is easy for you ,You are 8 years old!”

”Yes,but I can tell you what my father told me.” With puppy eyes she said,”Stop crying Rae mamu,I know this will help you.”

”Okay what is it?”

I mean what was it that an eight year old Disney movie watching princess understood that a 21 year old university going student who reads at least one book a week does not?

”To be yourself you should just be comfortable with what you are doing,if there is this uncomfortable feeling in your chest when you do something, eat something or are with someone that is you doing things you do not like and hence not being yourself.”

Wait what?Did an eight year old actually tell me the secret of being myself in less than 50 words?

Damn right she did!

Yes we are always asking ourselves who we really are and what we really want but then we fail to understand that all that life is ..is in the wind and can be understood with an open heart. If you knew what you really were before you knew what you could do you would be a complete stranger for the rest of your life.It is difficult to understand yourself I know..but then how can it be difficult to try out things and be honest with yourself?
